After years of being too terrified to have the procedure, Dr. Smith was the first and only provider to make me feel calm and confident about my decision to pursue surgery. After consultation, it was decided that extracting the polyps would be a better option. I was very impressed with the outcome of the procedure. Dr.Reddy is a phenomenal ENT, I have had a sinus surgery from him to remove maxillary sinus polyps and may be needing another procedure for my sphenoid sinuses and would absolutely have him perform that procedure as well without hesitation. I had been dealing with a major septal issue for over 20 years and started seeing Dr. Undavia almost 2 years ago.  His bedside manner is second to none and truly cares about his patient’s well being.  He didn’t rush into recommending an operation as we tried to treat my issue over time with a variety of non surgical methods first. When it was time to actually have my procedure last week, I was anxious and even up to the day of surgery was doubtful that what he was going to do would make a huge difference.  Not only could I breathe clearly for the first time in 2 decades, I’m still in the days of recovery.  It’s quite incredible and I’m hopeful about this part of my health for the first time ever. I have driven over an hour each way for my visits with Dr U and would highly recommend him to anyone considering a specialist. After extensively reading about my condition I was fortunate to find Dr. Undavia. I was impressed that he worked with Dr. Russell Kridel and confident he could help me. I had seen several doctors who were not willing to. Nearly all the tissue and cartilage was gone from my nose which  had to be completely reconstructed by taking skin from my ear and scalp.
